For all general enquiries, please get in touch via our enquiry form below or our national contact centre on the numbers listed. These numbers and email addresses are monitored from Monday to Friday, 0700 to 1800 (excluding public holidays).
Where's my parcel?: if you bought something online/overseas and are waiting for it - we don't hold it when it arrives in NZ. We won’t notify you when it arrives, and we can’t locate it for you. This is up to the company who sent/transported the item for you, please contact them.
Biosecurity enquiries: for any enquiries relating to food products, please contact the Ministry of Primary Industries.
